To encourage support and awareness for the World Partnership Walk, the Middle School held an afternoon basketball event last Thursday that included draw prizes, guest appearances, a free-throw competition and an exciting basketball game.

The World Partnership Walk is Canada’s largest annual event dedicated to increasing awareness and raising funds to fight global poverty. Since the event first started, St. Michaels University School has contributed over $50,000. The Junior School has been recognized twice for raising the most money of any junior school in Canada.
