Simon Ibell ’96 Returns to SMUS

Simon chose his old high school to be the place where he officially launched his Ibellieve fundraising campaign to find a cure for Hunter Syndrome and related diseases. After years of advocating for better rare disease policy and promoting Right to Play, Simon is a veteran public speaker and he captivated students from Grades 4-12 with his insight, humour and candor.

Celebrating 100 Years

Junior School staff and students travel to the Senior School campus to celebrate the beginning of St. Michaels University School’s Centennial Year. Senior School students, staff, alumni and friends gather on the field to form the number “100″. After a rousing version of Happy Birthday, cheers and waving arms see the blue, red, black and white balloons float off into the next century.
