Parents of students who have been at the Middle School the past few years may remember our Middle School newsletter that was sent out a few times each year. Over the last while, I have been thinking about joining the ‘blog’ movement as a better way to remain in touch with our Middle School families. One of the challenges with a newsletter is the time spent putting together all the articles and bits and pieces of information and sending it out before most of the news becomes out of date. A blog allows us to communicate smaller chunks of information more often and in a more timely fashion. It also means that we can involve more people and interact with our MS community in a way that is more authentic. The blog will provide us with a forum for sharing stories about the MS. We hope that our MS blog will meet all these objectives and we welcome your comments.
